Resetting User Accounts

In the event a user is unable to login or has forgotten their password, multiple options can be taken to have it reset.


Administrator-Initiated Password Reset 

To reset a user’s password with administrator privileges, go to the Admin Center, navigate to Company > Users, find the user account, and click the Reset Password button. 


User-Initiated Password Reset 

From the login screen, click the Forgot Password link. If the user is already logged in, they can access the password reset request form through their Account Settings.
