Enterprise CORE operates on a concurrent usage model. This means the number of users logged in at any given time cannot exceed the number of licenses associated with your account. If the number of active users exceeds the available licenses, users may experience difficulty logging in.
How it works:
When multiple users attempt to log in and the number of logged in active sessions exceeds the available licenses, Enterprise CORE performs a system review.
During this review, the system first determines whether a single user account is being accessed from multiple devices or systems. If so, the user will be logged out of the previous session in favor of the new login attempt.
If the total number of active users still exceeds the available licenses after this review, users may receive a notification at login indicating that they are unable to access the system at that time.
If an account is found to consistently exceed its subscription limit, official notifications will be sent to the billing contact associated with their account, as well as any administrator users. If these notification are ignored, the company account may be temporarily locked.
