Creating a new Program with Enterprise CORE is easy!
Click the green "Add New Program" button within the Program Tree. This will reveal a panel where you can set a required name, click save. Within the Program Tree, the newly created Program will briefly flash and then display a teal highlight to indicate it's location. Congratulations, you've made a new program.
