Within the Program Tree, any user is able to activate or deactivate any portion of a program that they have access to.
The Activate/Deactivate option is located within the contextual menu, which can be accessed by clicking the three-dot menu on a component within the Program Tree. Select Activate/Deactivate from the menu. You will be prompted to confirm the action. Once confirmed, the change will take effect. Deactivated items within the Program Tree will display a banner at the top of their information panel to indicate their new status.
