You can manually export individual views as needed for printing or sharing. In addition, you can create a Release, which essentially creates a snapshot of the data at a specific point in time. A Release generates a ZIP file containing all of the applicable views exported at that time.
This can be particularly useful for audits because it provides a point-in-time record of the documentation, while individual views can still be exported when only specific sections are needed.
