Can I create a PPAP submission package for my Workbooks?

Yes, you can create a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission package for your Workbook/FMEA Worksheets. 

This allows you to compile all necessary documents and artifacts associated with a specific Part Revision into a single package for review, submission, and future reference or download.

How to Create a PPAP Submission Package:

1. Open the Workbook and navigate to the PPAP tab.
2. Select “Create a PPAP Submission Package” (or the equivalent option).
3. Add required documents and files. Include your Worksheet, FMEA forms, artifacts, releases, and any other required files.
4. Review and Save the package to ensure all necessary items are included.

Note: The approval workflow for PPAP packages is managed outside the system. Creating PPAP packages is for reference and management purposes only.
