Using Product and Process Families help colleagues quickly locate and reuse relevant records within worksheets.
Group related records together to help:
- Improve organization and structure
- Prevent misuse of unrelated records
- Support standardized reuse across teams.
Tip: Use the Foundation family when records apply across the entire organization. Use Product or Process Families when records apply only to a specific product line, process, or subset of your organization.
