To designate a reusable record as Foundational, simply add it to your reusable library without applying any tags.
Records that do not have any tags applied are automatically considered Foundational, meaning they are applicable across all products and processes within your organization.
Tip: Once a record is associated with one or more tags, effectively reclassifying it as part of a Product, Process Family, or similar, it is no longer considered Foundational. Instead, the record is categorized according to the tags applied. Tagging helps organize records, making them easier to locate, reuse, and manage for specific products, processes, or use cases.
