Reusable Records in your Worksheet are visually distinguished with specific indicators, making it easy to identify data that comes from the Reusable Library.
Key Indicators:
- Diagonal Background in Cells: Cells pre-defined by administrators will display a diagonal background pattern.
- In non-compact mode, a three-book icon indicates that the record originates from the Reusable Library.
Tip: The legend available in the Worksheet header provides guidance on these indicators and their usage, helping you quickly understand and identify Reusable Records.
- Three-book icon (row number column): In non-compact mode, a three-book icon appears under the row number at the left of each row that comes from the Reusable Library. Hover over it to see the source: Reusable Record (Foundation Library) or Reusable Record (Product Family Library). The icon is hidden while Compact Mode is on. Turn Compact Mode off to see it again.
- Warning triangle: A triangle with an exclamation point means the cell was changed and no longer matches its Reusable Library source.
- Single book icon (worksheet toolbar): This icon does not mark reusable rows. In Edit Mode it opens Worksheet-Specific Content, where you manage options that exist only in this worksheet. In the Reusable Library it opens Reusable Content.
Note: Foundation records do not have their own tab. In the Reusable Library they are the records with no tags. Open Tags and turn on Filter by Foundation Only to show only Foundation records.
