Can I move a collection of records at one time?

Yes, you can move multiple records at once. This allows you to efficiently reorganize data without moving each record individually. 


How to Move Multiple Records within Edit Mode:

  1. Select the records. Multi-select, or Shift/Ctrl-click to select the records you want to move 
  2. Drag the records. Click the six-dot icon on any selected row (aligned to the left of the records) and drag your cursor to the destination location (hold the cursor at the top or bottom of the grid to scroll and navigate the worksheet).
  3. Drop the records. Release your selection at the target position to move the records. 
  4. Confirm. The relocated records will flash and be highlighted, including all necessary indicators to show the actions taken. 


Note: The row number column for relocated records will be shaded in darker colors to indicate the move or update.
