Yes, you can notify participants who are assigned to a Workbook when permissions/restrictions have been applied.
How to Notify Participants Assigned to a Workbook:
- Open the Workbook you want to notify participants about.
- Navigate to the Permissions tab.
- Locate the “Notify” button in the Provisioned Users list, displayed to the right of each user’s name.
- Select the participants you want to notify by clicking their corresponding Notify buttons.
- Click “Save” to execute the notifications.
