When permissions/restrictions are applied, parts and workbooks are accessible only to the user who created them and to users in the groups to which they are assigned.
If a specific user requires access to a part or workbook, the group to which they belong must be added to it. This applies only when one or more groups have been assigned, effectively restricting access.
